Janelle and her team staged our home prior to listing the property. They were prompt, had excellent suggestions without adding a lot of furniture, keeping the expense reasonable. Most of what they added was decorative items and they moved furniture and suggested different room configurations. We sold our home in one day at over asking price. I heard one buyer tell their realtor, “This looks just like a model home!” Nothing but positive comments. A minor problem was their communication after we closed on the house to coordinate pickup of their staging items. I’m a realtor here in the Bluffton area and JKN Staging and Design staged a “SAD” little house for me that I had listed For Sale.
