Our Staging Process Makes Sure Your Home Gets The Attention It Deserves
Are you getting ready to put your home on the market? If so, you need it staged by professionals. By doing so, you’ll make a great first impression on potential buyers and increase the chances of selling your home quickly and for the best price possible. Listed below is our process for home staging, see why we are the best at what we do!
Step 1: Contact Us
The easiest way to contact us is to submit a request through our inquiry page. However, we know that sometimes you’d rather contact us other ways, that’s okay! Email us at email@example.com or give us a call.
Step 2: Walkthrough
Once we have been able to touch base and get some information we always like to schedule a walkthrough. These are free of charge and allow us to see the home in person and take pictures for planning. If you would like recommendations on things that you would like to change it would then be a consultation with a $125 fee.
Step 3: Proposal
Once we have an idea of the home and the rooms we would be staging, we would send over the proposal. This allows you to see the pricing as well as get an idea of what is being done.
Step 4: Contract
Once the proposal has been approved, we will quickly send out a contract. At the time of the contract, the first payment is due. Payment plans vary.
Step 5: Stage
After the contract has been returned and payment has been received we will start planning and pulling for your stage. Once a contract is signed, we typically complete the stage within 7-10 days depending on our current schedule and if renovations are occurring.
Step 6: Finished
After the stage has been completed, we are done! Your initial costs covers three months of staging, in the rare case your home does not sell in that time you have the option to continue the stage for a monthly fee. After the home does sell, we wait until everything is final and then we pack up and head out!
